From Monday, May 11 to Tuesday, May 12, 2026, the Director of the Language Institute, Chiang Mai University (LICMU), along with the institute’s representatives, paid an official visit to the executive team and faculty members of Xi’an International Studies University (XISU) in the People’s Republic of China.The primary objective of this two-day visit was to strengthen academic collaboration and exchange innovative ideas on developing Thai language and cultural education. Both institutions also explored strategic opportunities for future joint educational initiatives.During the visit, the Director of LICMU conducted a special introductory Thai language and culture session for interested Chinese students.
